I created House of Jia as a reflection of this philosophy, a space where presence is cultivated, elegance is embodied, and mastery is remembered. My journey has not been one of force, but of refinement, devotion, and reinvention.

Dr. Jia Ng is a global voice at the intersection of leadership, medicine, and mastery. She has delivered keynote speeches at world-class institutions including King’s College London, Mount Sinai, Wake Forest University, and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi — and has spoken on influential stages such as TEDx and Women in Nephrology.

She currently serves as Secretary on the Executive Council of Women in Nephrology (WIN), a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing leadership, mentorship, and professional growth within the field. Her role reflects a continued commitment to elevating women’s voices and shaping the future of academic medicine through collaboration and influence.

As a recognized authority in academic medicine and leadership, she was nominated for the Truly Award and continues to serve as a scientific consultant and thought leader within the medical and professional community.

Her clients and mentees include accomplished physicians, scholars, and executives from leading institutions including Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins, King’s College London, Brown, Duke, Georgetown. Other clients include senior executives and emerging leaders preparing to step into C-suite and board-level roles.
